Yet Benita now faces the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal in September 2026 for “hate” over stating basic medical realities about transition, infertility, and child safeguarding. Allison explained the Section 3 case, the Commission’s attempt to gut their witnesses, and why this sets a chilling precedent. Even as Alberta’s government moves to pull political symbols from schools, an everyday mom is still being hauled before a tribunal for handing out flyers. Protecting kids isn’t hate—yet here we are in 2026.
