Good evening,
This has been a busy a week, just passed the 700 episode mark. Thank you to all of you who continue to tune in and provide feedback. Hard to believe 700 are in the vault.
There is a growing possibility of the Cornerstone Forum 2025 being held in Calgary AB and Monday/Tuesday was an impromptu trip to look at venues. Below is just one we took a walk through of. The plan is to have this nailed down in the next 2 weeks and you fine folks will be the first to hear. (Apologies to anyone in Calgary, I was there for less than 24 hours)
On the way back I stopped and visited with the Koza family. You may have seen them at any of my events as they have made them all. While stopping in for a visit their kids showed me their silver collections. If I haven’t said this before all you people are beyond cool. Thanks again Kyle & family for the visit.
Here is the latest Week in Review segment and your nudge to get caught back up on any of the content you may have missed.
Blue Collar Roundtable gets my top pick for this week.
In all my talks surrounding the Coutts 4 and how they are being treating it was Paul Hunter in the Blue Collar Roundtable to bring up this hasn’t been the first time. He discussed briefly living near the Pickton Farm where 50+ women were brutally murdered (and its probably more) and how the cops did nothing about this. Further, how the court system, the media and the government proceeded following it coming into the spotlight. Some sobering thoughts.
What stuck out to you from this week? Comment below.
This week we got another Coutts Roundtable as seen below. I am also looking to do a series of Alberta Politics Roundtables in the lead up to UCP leadership review and would love your suggestions. Comment below if you have any suggestions.
Well, it looks like I’ll be missing you in Calgary.
